Do you look after someone who can’t manage without your help because of illness, frailty, disability or drug/alcohol problem? Are you finding caring can cause you to feel alone?
You are welcome to join us at this online group for female carers to share experiences of caring and access free information, advice and support from your peers that can give you a break, a boost with your confidence and reduce feelings of isolation.
This event is accessed over the internet via Zoom. To take part you will need access to a computer, smart phone or tablet.
